Refund Policy
This policy describes the general refund terms that apply to paid Living With Ayurveda workshops, masterclasses, and digital educational programs.
Before purchasing
Please review the program description, schedule, language, delivery format, and technical requirements before completing payment. Registration fees reserve access and help us prepare program capacity.
Refund requests
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled program begins. Requests made after joining, accessing recordings or materials, or after the program has started may not be eligible.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a paid program and do not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or equivalent access, eligible participants may receive a refund of the amount paid for that program.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary, and any non-refundable transaction charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your name, registered email address, program name, payment reference, and reason for the request. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
